How do I place an order?
All N’Tangra juices are made to order. You can place your order directly through our website by selecting your juices, choosing your quantity, and checking out. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your juices fresh.
How long do the juices stay fresh?
Our juices are cold-pressed and contain no preservatives. They are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of delivery. Be sure to keep them refrigerated at all times.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we currently deliver within select areas in Seattle. Delivery options and availability will be shown at checkout. Pickup may also be arranged for larger or catering orders.
Can I customize a juice?
Yes! We offer a made-to-order option where you can create your own blend. Write down the ingredients you’d like in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll freshly press your juice based on your request.
Do your juices contain allergens?
We do not use nuts or dairy in our recipes. However, all juices are prepared in a facility that handles allergens. If you have allergies, please consult with us before placing an order.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged bottle?
We care deeply about quality. If something’s not right, please email us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because our juices are made fresh to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if you need to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order to avoid being charged.
Do you offer catering?
Yes, we do! See our Catering Policy section for details on how to book.
Do you offer gift cards or gift orders?
Yes, we do! Juice makes a beautiful and thoughtful gift. You can purchase a digital gift card through our website or place an order for someone else — just be sure to enter their delivery details at checkout.
Can I subscribe to receive juices regularly?
We’re working on a subscription option soon. In the meantime, you’re welcome to place orders as often as you’d like. If you’d like to be notified when subscriptions launch, sign up for our newsletter.
How do I store the juices?
Keep all juices refrigerated. For the best flavor and nutrients, enjoy them within 2–3 days. They are not shelf-stable and should never be left at room temperature.
Do you recycle or accept bottle returns?
Currently, we do not offer a bottle return program. All our glass bottles are recyclable, and we encourage you to reuse or recycle them responsibly. We are currently exploring low-waste options.
